SHIPPING POLICY

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our stores in Puerto Rico.
How long does it take to ship?
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 12:00pm.Every customer receives a shipping notification once the package leaves our office. Please check your SPAM box before sending us an email requesting an update. It takes 5-7 days to process your order, but we may take longer during busy periods. Your local carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

Shipping Process
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification for:

  • Your package tracking number
  • Your package is ready to be delivered
  • Your package has arrived
  • If you have not received a shipment notification for your order after 7 days, please contact us.

Stolen, Damaged or Lost Packages
We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting, unfortunately Crowned LLC cannot be held responsible. Please make sure your address is correct. Incorrect addresses can result in lost packages. If a package has been delivered to the shipping address you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen after delivery. If your package is lost in transit, which is very unusual, this is the responsibility of the carrier. In this case, you will need to contact USPS directly.

Pick up available?
YES, IT'S FREE! Select in-store pick up as your shipping method. Please allow 24 hours for order processing. All orders must be picked up within 7 days.

RETURN POLICY
Limited policy due to the nature of the products.

No exchanges. Refunds only.

For exchanges please email contact.crownedstudiopr@gmail.com and explain the reason for the exchange. Please send the item(s) back to us in their original condition, within 7 days of the delivery date or 7 days of the pick up date. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange item. Once we confirm the item has been returned correctly, an email will be sent to make the exchange. If an item is received used or altered, the exchange will not be accepted. If an item is received as such, the item may be shipped back to the customer. Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All sale items are final.
Return will be made to the original method of payment within 14 days.
